The High Desert Bucking Bull Association (HDBBA) is a dedicated community of breeders, competitors, and bucking-bull enthusiasts committed to growing and supporting the industry. Founded in 2016 by passionate breeders, HDBBA was created to provide opportunity, education, and connection for individuals and families who share a love for bucking-bull livestock.

We prioritize transparency, responsible breeding, and strong animal-welfare standards while offering members valuable support, competitive events, and programs that help promote their cattle and build recognition—whether locally or on major stages such as the PBR and the National Finals Rodeo. With a strong foundation in family values, HDBBA proudly operates a youth division for competitors 17 and under, creating an inclusive environment where young handlers can learn, grow, and compete alongside their parents.
